“Golf Today” is a live show that airs on “Golf” (channel) hosted by play-by-play commentator Shane Bacon, alongside co-hosts Damon Hack, Anna Whiteley and Jimmy Roberts. “Golf Today” was the name of the original live tournament pre-game show of 1995 and nods to similar coverage. The reboot also continues with the spirit of “Morning Drive,” which kicked off weekdays on Golf Channel for the better part of a decade.
The Theme package, produced by Current Music, is a bright Alt Rock anthem composed by Alex Astier and Laurent Lepagneau. Alex and Laurent also composed the Golf Channel theme songs for “Shotmakers” and “Swing Expedition”.
