Born and raised in Hollywood, Aram was been drawn to the emotional power of music in storytelling since the first time he heard John Williams’ Superman score. That obsession led him to piano, guitar, playing in rock bands on the Sunset Strip — and eventually to a Master’s in Music from USC. He's been composing for film, television, and trailers ever since.
He specializes in hybrid orchestral scoring — blending cinematic textures with modern sound design, synths, and unexpected instruments to create music that heightens drama and deepens immersion. Whether he's working on a gripping documentary, a stylized indie film, an AAA trailer, or a high-energy broadcast theme, his goal is always the same: find the unique sonic fingerprint that makes each story come alive.
Recent work includes original music for HBO’s Perry Mason, NBC’s Indy 500, FOX’s Pro Bowling, and the documentary Hard Twist, as well as trailer music for Jack Ryan, Disney’s Jungle Book, NCIS, and several award-winning art films.
His approach is creative, collaborative, and rooted in deep musical craft — influenced by composers like James Horner, Ravel, and Arvo Pärt, and bands like Metallica and Bad Religion. The spirit of the 80s runs through his sound, as does a deep respect for melody, mood, and movement.
